  • I ensure my clients are well informed of how I feel their property will fare in the market, the prices paid for comparable properties, the market conditions that apply at the time, the merits of the various marketing methods as they apply to their particular needs, and the best options for promoting their property.
  • A detailed and diverse advertising program can be agreed, to ensure our marketing does not falter at a critical stage. Material is reviewed and adjusted, as we go.
  • My agency appointments are usually for a short term. They can be extended by agreement if necessary. I am quite confident about the service I provide.
  • I negotiate reasonable times for my colleagues and I to access the property. Occupants of tenanted properties are treated the same way, mitigating the risk of spoiling the tenancy.
  • I provide excellent supporting material and encouragement to my colleagues to generate competitiveness for the sale, exposing the property to the widest buyer database.
  • My progress reports are concise and unembellished. Vendors are helpfully apprised of their options when assessing or negotiating an offer. Unnecessary stress is avoided.
  • My “after sales service” focuses on sustaining and servicing the contract in hand. I am renowned more for solving any problem on settlement day than for my follow up calls!
  • I am conscious at all times of my accountability to my clients, my colleagues, Remax Leaders management, the Real Estate Institute, and the new REAL ESTATE AGENTS AUTHORITY.
