It – the magical “ difference that matters…” Some of us have it, but others don’t. If you are hiring us you expect it, but its not always there. What is this intangible, and how can you be sure that you will benefit from it?

I have called it the difference that matters. It is the ability to clear the mind, focus on the task in hand, and bring into play what is most pertinent from your personal resources. Working in Real Estate I draw on relevant parts of my experience or knowledge and work with them in a framework of commitment, much as a conductor would with an orchestra.

I am fortunate in that I have the ability to think laterally, strategically, or in a combination of both as the need arise. I find that I have heightened skills for finding solutions for matters at issue. All this aids me in my work
