Going into “bat” with my abilities… I have an interesting perspective on the work that I do. I remember when we used to “pick sides” for a game. Whoever picked me made a good choice – we were going to win! I had a duty to honour my selection and I brought all my abilities into play in the game.

I expect the same when I select someone to “go into bat” for me. A solicitor should win. An accountant should get it sorted. A real estate agent should get it sold. We appoint someone our advocate out of a belief that his or her abilities are vastly superior to our own for the task before us. To get the result that we want we can’t afford to leave our choice to chance. We need to feel comfortable with our selection.

Please explore the links listed above and gain an impression of my abilities. I thrive on challenge and diversity and I am sure that the range of topics will illustrate this. The item putting it all together refers to an exceptional sale that drew on all my abilities and set me apart from most of my colleagues.

I realise that it is probably not a transaction you will look back favourably upon but I did just want to thank you formally for your perseverance in getting the property sold.
