  • I have communicated by email with several New Zealanders resident overseas who have purchased architect-designed homes in good locations to rent out until their return.
  • I listed two homes in close proximity that had been for sale with another agent. The first one sold immediately and its vendor was the best of three buyers bidding on the other!
  • Real estate salespeople are renowned for the presentation of their cars. One day I took a bus to Oriental Bay to meet a client for an appointment. I sold a $1.75m apartment.
  • I sold a roadside cliff with a marginal, and difficult to access, building site on top. The neighbours bought it prior to Tender for a good price to safeguard their view.
  • My client wanted a back-up offer put on a home already under offer by another firm. I did that, then the first firm failed to ensure their offer was confirmed in time by their client!
  • The achievement I take the greatest pride in is one that fully utilised my experience, knowledge and commitment. It is described in the link “putting it all together
